Distributed Recursive Filtering Over Sensor Networks With Nonlogarithmic Sensor Resolution

Sensor resolution, which is one of the most important parameters/specifications for almost all kinds sensors, plays an role in any signal processing problems. This article deals with distributed filtering problem a class discrete time-varying stochastic systems subject to nonlogarithmic sensor resolution and nonlinearities. The soft measurement technique exploited filter design overcome difficulties resulting from sensor-resolution-induced (SRI) uncertainty. aim presented construct over network such that presence SRI uncertainty nonlinearity, upper bound on error covariance guaranteed subsequently minimized by appropriately designing filer parameters at each time instant. Moreover, matrix simplification method utilized tackle stemming sparsity networks. Finally, numerical example employed illustrate effectiveness proposed scheme.
